Cole started his career at TDH Enterprises Inc in 2001 as a part-time DECA student from Port Clinton High School. In 2010, he officially became a managing partner of the company. He is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a BSBA degree. His experience through DECA and volunteering for local non-profit charities as well as managing the finances of various TDH programs, has provided him with widespread knowledge of data collection and information management; generally accepted accounting principles; contract monitoring; and marketing. Cole continues his community commitment by being a member of local advisory committees and local Boards as well as volunteering his time by being a judge for Distributed Education Clubs of America (DECA) at the local, regional, and state levels. Cole's favorite part of the job is “being able to work with individuals to help them reach their individual goals.”
